At Mr G Education, we strive to provide high-quality educational resources and excellent customer support. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
Most of our products are digital educational resources delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, special conditions apply.
Refund Eligibility for Digital Products
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate purchases.
- The product was not delivered due to technical issues beyond the customer’s control.
- The downloaded file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchases.
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
- Compatibility issues caused by unsupported software, hardware, or devices.
- Failure to download or access the product after successful delivery.

Physical Products (Future Products)
Mr G Education may offer physical educational products in the future, including science equipment, stationery, classroom resources, and educational materials.
Physical products may qualify for returns or exchanges if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is unused and returned within the specified return period.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Additional shipping and return conditions may apply to physical products and will be stated on the product page where applicable.
Exchanges
Digital products are not eligible for exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your file or download, we will work to provide a corrected or replacement version where possible.
Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the download or delivery process has started.
